Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy, ERP).
- Prepare and maintain purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash/bank records.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Generate invoices and follow up on customer payments.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Prepare GST returns, TDS calculations, and other statutory compliances.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.




- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and customers.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements as required by management.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting (Freshers with robust accounting knowledge may also apply).
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Prime, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
