3D Modeller / Environment Artist (Unity & Unreal Engine)

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and passionate 3D Modeller cum Environment Artist with experience in Unity and Unreal Engine to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in creating high-quality 3D assets, environments, terrain design, optimization, and game-ready content for real-time applications and simulations.

Responsibilities

- Create high-quality 3D models, props, environments, and terrain assets.
- Design realistic and optimized environments for real-time applications.
- Work with Unity and Unreal Engine for scene setup, lighting, materials, and optimization.
- Create modular assets and maintain consistent art style.
- Optimize assets for performance without compromising visual quality.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to implement environments in projects.
- Perform UV mapping, texturing, baking, and LOD creation.
- Import/export assets efficiently between DCC tools and game engines.
- Maintain organized project files and workflows.

Required Skills





- 1–2 years of experience as a 3D Artist / Environment Artist.
- Solid knowledge of Unity and/or Unreal Engine.
- Proficiency in tools such as:
- Autodesk Maya / Blender / 3ds Max
- Substance Painter
- Photoshop
- Good understanding of:
- PBR workflow
- Lighting and rendering
- Terrain creation
- Asset optimization
- LODs and game-ready pipelines
- Basic understanding of version control/workflow practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in game development, simulation projects, or real-time visualization.
- Knowledge of shaders/material setup is an advantage.
- Portfolio showcasing 3D environments and real-time projects.
