We are looking for passionate Community Ambassadors who want to become the face of their area, college, city, or community and help build the community ecosystem of India.

Responsibilities

- Represent ConnexSoul as the official Community Ambassador for your assigned area, college, city, or interest-based community.
- Build, manage, and grow your local ConnexSoul community.
- Welcome new members and encourage meaningful participation.
- Organize online and offline community activities, events, meetups, and engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with local creators, clubs, NGOs, social groups, professionals, and businesses.
- Help local businesses establish their digital presence on ConnexSoul and explore advertising opportunities.
- Gather community feedback and share insights with the ConnexSoul team.

Ambassador Onboarding Process

Selected ambassadors will be required to:

- Submit PAN details for verification and compliance purposes.
- Sign the Community Ambassador Agreement and Community Guidelines.
- Accept Performance based Incentives and tax compliance terms, including applicable TDS provisions.
- Share a professional photograph for ambassador recognition on ConnexSoul platforms.
- Create 1–2 introductory reels/videos announcing their community leadership role.
- Join the official ConnexSoul Ambassador Network and communication channels.
- Participate in onboarding and community-building training sessions.

Eligibility

- Students, young professionals, creators, entrepreneurs, social leaders, volunteers, and community builders.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Passion for community building, social impact, and people engagement.
- Active on social media and comfortable interacting with diverse groups.
- Self-driven individuals who can take ownership and lead initiatives.
- Prior experience in organizing events, clubs, communities, or online groups is a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per year
