- Troubleshoot technical issues related to TVs, Washing Machines, and other consumer durable products.
- Coordinate with service partners, technicians, and internal teams for timely resolution.
- Monitor and follow up on open service cases until closure.
- Ensure proper documentation of service activities and customer interactions.
- Escalate critical cases to the concerned teams when required.
- Maintain service records and prepare periodic reports.
- Ensure compliance with company service standards and customer service guidelines.
Skills Required:
- Basic technical knowledge of consumer durable products.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to conduct site visits and inspections.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
