We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;) Support Specialist to join our growing team. This is a long-term, full-time remote position supporting clients using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

You will troubleshoot user issues, provide functional and technical support, assist with system configuration, investigate errors, and work directly with our team to resolve client requests.

This position requires prior hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;).

Responsibilities

- Provide functional and technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;)
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues
- Support Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger modules
- Assist users with system configuration and best practices
- Investigate and resolve application errors
- Document support cases and solutions
- Work independently while communicating effectively with the team
- Participate in testing system updates and enhancements

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;)
- Strong knowledge of Finance and Operations modules
- Experience supporting end users in a production environment
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Strong written and spoken English
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Quiet home office environment
- Ability to work 40 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications (MB-310, MB-330, MB-500,



or equivalent)
- Experience with implementations, upgrades, or migrations
- SQL knowledge
- Azure DevOps experience
- Power Platform experience
