The role involves driving revenue growth through proactive client outreach, lead conversion, in-person meetings, and end-to-end management of the sales cycle to expand our business footprint in Kolkata.

Job Overview

- Position: Business Development Executive
- Location: Kolkata (In-Person)
- Schedule: Full-Time (10:30 AM – 7:30 PM)
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced (0–3 Years)
- Start Date: Immediate Joining

Key Responsibilities

- Client Outreach & Acquisition: Identify, connect with, and pitch BRV Interio LLP's end-to-end interior and real estate services to prospective clients.
- Sales Conversions:



Handle end-to-end discussions, address prospect requirements, present tailored solutions, and close deals successfully.
- Lead Management: Diligently track, nurture, and follow up with prospective buyers, sellers, and interior design leads to convert inquiries into active projects.
- CRM & Record Keeping: Accurately update interaction details, client notes, and deal pipelines in MS Excel or CRM software.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong ongoing client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and generate referral opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Languages: Must be fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English (Mandatory).
- Education: Any Graduate (preferred)
- Attributes: Confident, highly persuasive, goal-oriented, and resilient under target pressure.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools).
- Experience: Prior experience in corporate sales, field sales, real estate, or interior design consulting is a plus (Freshers with high motivation are welcome).

Salary & Compensation

- Pay Range: ₹10,000.00 to ₹50,000.00 per month
