Worldschooling Hub Goa is looking for a commercially minded Retreats Sales & Operations Manager to lead the sales, booking and delivery of our retreats, corporate programmes, private hire experiences and selected worldschooling cohorts.

This is a sales-focused role with responsibility for:

- Generating corporate retreat and private hire enquiries
- Building relationships with companies, founders, coaches, retreat leaders and organisations
- Converting enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Managing the full booking journey from first contact to arrival
- Coordinating the operational delivery of retreats and corporate experiences
- Supporting the smooth running of selected hub programmes

The ideal candidate will have experience in retreat sales, corporate events, hospitality sales, business development, venue sales, group bookings, event operations or conference planning.

They should be confident selling a premium experience, following up with decision-makers, preparing proposals, managing contracts and deposits, and coordinating multiple teams to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities





- Generate and respond to corporate retreat and private hire enquiries
- Build a pipeline of companies, founders, coaches, wellness practitioners and retreat leaders
- Conduct sales calls and understand client requirements
- Prepare proposals, itineraries and packages
- Follow up consistently and close bookings
- Manage booking contracts, deposits, payments and guest information
- Develop corporate partnerships and referral relationships
- Promote the venue for executive retreats, team off-sites, wellness retreats and private events
- Coordinate retreat logistics, schedules, suppliers, facilitators, accommodation and catering
- Act as the main point of contact for clients before, during and after their retreat
- Support the running of women’s retreats and worldschooling cohorts
- Track leads, conversion rates, booking value and revenue
- Create systems that improve sales and operational efficiency
- Gather feedback and support repeat bookings and referrals

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
