Technical & Service

- Assist in installation, configuration, and commissioning of Auto ID and Electronic Security solutions.
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Support customer service activities and field installations.
- Prepare installation and service reports.
- Provide basic product demonstrations and customer support.

Sales & Business Support

- Support the sales team with quotations, proposals, and customer follow-ups.
- Coordinate customer enquiries and order processing.
- Maintain sales documentation and CRM records.
- Assist in customer meetings, demonstrations, and business development activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for successful project execution.

Operations & Customer Support

- Support project documentation and coordination.
- Maintain customer databases and records.
- Ensure timely communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in inventory, logistics, and operational activities.

Pay: Up to ₹250,000.00 per year
