Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IFS Finance Consultant with strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting IFS Applications/IFS Cloud Finance modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in finance business processes, requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, user training, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and configure IFS Finance modules based on business requirements.

Gather, analyze, and document finance business processes and functional requirements.

Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and propose best-fit IFS solutions.

Configure and support General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, Taxation, Cost Accounting, and Financial Reporting.

Prepare functional design documents (FDDs), configuration documents, and process documentation.

Work closely with technical teams for integrations, reports, customizations, and data migration.





Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.

Provide end-user training and create user manuals.

Assist in data migration, reconciliation, and master data validation.

Provide production support, issue analysis, and root cause resolution.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects, and Procurement.
