Job Title: Google Ads Specialist – Performance Marketing

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist to drive lead generation and maximize ROI through high-performing PPC campaigns. The candidate should possess strong optimization skills and experience managing substantial advertising budgets.

Responsibilities

- Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage monthly advertising budgets effectively.
- Optimize campaign performance using audience targeting and bidding strategies.
- Track conversions, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CPC.
- Conduct keyword expansion and negative keyword optimization.
- Develop compelling ad copies.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Prepare detailed client performance reports.




- Stay updated with Google Ads features and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

- 2–5 years of Google Ads experience.
- Google Ads Certification.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 and GTM.
- Robust Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
