We are seeking an experienced Accountant or audit assistant with hands-on expertise in Tally, GST compliance, and Income Tax filings. The ideal candidate will independently manage day-to-day accounting operations for multiple clients while ensuring accurate and timely statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and manage day-to-day books of accounts in Tally (Prime/ERP 9) for multiple clients
- Prepare and file GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.) and handle GST reconciliations (GSTR-2A/2B matching)
- Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (Individuals, Firms, Companies) and compute advance tax/TDS liabilities
- Handle TDS return filing and reconciliation (Form 26AS/AIS matching)
- Assist in finalization of accounts, ledger scrutiny, and bank reconciliations
- Support statutory, tax, and internal audit assignments as required
- Liaise with clients to collect data, resolve queries, and ensure timely compliance
- Respond to notices and communications from Income Tax and GST departments
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory regulations
- Maintain proper documentation and records for all filings and client accounts





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com); CA Inter/Semi-qualified preferred
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an accounting/CA firm setting
- Strong hands-on working knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP 9
- Practical experience in GST return filing, reconciliation, and compliance
- Practical experience in Income Tax return filing for various assessee categories
- Working knowledge of TDS provisions and return filing
- Familiarity with government portals: GST Portal, Income Tax e-filing Portal, TRACES
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills for client interaction
- Ability to manage multiple clients and meet compliance deadlines

Preferred (Good to Have)

- Experience working in a CA firm or audit firm
- Exposure to statutory/internal/tax audit support work
- Knowledge of MCA/ROC compliance filings

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
