As we formalize our operations and scale our creative output, we are looking for a visionary Senior Designer who can blend artistic excellence with professional, structured workflows.

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Fashion Designer to lead our design department. This is a pivotal role for a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building a brand's legacy. You will be responsible for the entire collection lifecycle—from the first sketch to the final runway-ready garment.

Key Responsibilities

- Creative Direction: Lead the design and development of seasonal luxury collections, ensuring they align with the brand’s aesthetic DNA.
- Technical Execution: Create detailed tech packs, supervise draping and pattern making, and ensure the highest standards of garment construction.
- Material Sourcing: Select and source premium fabrics, trims, and embellishments from global and domestic suppliers.
- Operational Excellence:



Help establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the design studio to ensure efficiency as we grow.
- Quality Control: Work directly with master tailors and production teams to ensure every piece meets our luxury benchmarks.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Fashion Design (NIFT, Pearl, or equivalent).
- Experience: 6+ years in a senior role within the luxury or premium fashion segment.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Experience with 3D fashion software (like CLO 3D) is a strong advantage.
- Artistry: A sophisticated portfolio demonstrating high-end silhouettes, intricate detailing, and market-ready designs.
- Leadership: Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor junior staff within a structured corporate environment.
