- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA teams to understand requirements and define comprehensive test strategies.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks for web applications and APIs.
- Create scalable and reusable automation solutions using Playwright, Selenium WebDriver, and WebdriverIO (WDIO).
- Develop and execute automated functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, and end-to-end test suites.
- Implement automation frameworks using JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Mocha, and BDD Cucumber.
- Design and maintain Page Object Model (POM) based automation frameworks to improve maintainability and scalability.
- Develop and execute API automation test cases using REST APIs, Postman, and REST Assured.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and other DevOps tools.
- Analyze test execution results, troubleshoot failures, and improve automation stability by addressing flaky test cases.
- Generate and maintain test execution reports using Allure Reporting and other reporting tools.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, story grooming, defect triaging, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testing is completed within sprint timelines and quality standards.
- Perform test data validation and database verification where required.




- Leverage AI-assisted tools such as Cursor AI to enhance automation development, code optimization, debugging, and framework maintenance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to increase automation coverage and testing efficiency.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and provide technical guidance on automation best practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in QA Automation and Software Testing.
- Proven experience building and maintaining scalable automation frameworks.
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
