Role Description The Client Experience & Retreat Specialist is a key role based in Delhi, India, with travel required for on-site retreat execution. This position is central to our mission, taking ownership of client lead communications and on-ground retreat operations. Lead Conversion & Client Management: Engage directly with incoming client leads via phone, WhatsApp, and Instagram to guide them through our packages and convert inquiries into bookings. Co-host and manage serene retreat stays, serving as the main point of contact to ensure guest comfort and seamless operations. Work closely with property hosts,



vendors, and internal teams to organize schedules, travel logistics, and setup. Maintain detailed records of guest interactions and gather feedback to continuously elevate the retreat experience. Qualifications Passion for Travel: A genuine enthusiasm for travel and exploring offbeat getaway locations. Communication Skills: Outstanding client service skills with active listening, explicit phone/text etiquette, and an empathetic hospitality mindset.
