* *Macro Portfolio Ownership:* Cultivating and steering high-stakes relationships with prominent VC funds, incubators, and high-growth early-to-late-stage startups.
* *Ecosystem-Level Initiatives:* Designing, deployment, and tracking scalable partnership frameworks that unlock economic velocity for startups while driving integration with Google tech.
* *AI & Product Acceleration:* Directing strategic initiatives that position Google's cutting-edge AI capabilities, cloud ecosystems, and developer architectures as the bedrock for India's upcoming tech builders.
* *Ambiguous Problem Solving:* Navigating complex, non-linear business development environments, aligning multi-stakeholder incentives, and converting white-space opportunities into concrete corporate programs.
Requirements




* *Experience Base:* 10+ years of progressive, verified professional success specializing explicitly in *Strategic Business Development, Ecosystem Partnerships, Venture Capital, or Corporate Innovation*.
* *Network Capital:* A robust, reliable qualified footprint within the Indian startup ecosystem, including direct familiarity with VC funding dynamics, portfolio acceleration, and founder networks.
* *Core Competencies:* Exceptional structural thinking, strong commercial negotiation acumen, a deep understanding of cloud/AI technology landscapes, and the narrative gravity to collaborate with high-profile investment partners and C-suite innovators.
