What You'll Work On

• Growth & revenue strategy. Research, size, and structure the growth bets founders need to make — new channels, category

expansion, pricing, and funnel economics.

• Performance marketing. Partner on paid strategy across Meta and Google — budgets, ROI, and creative-testing cadence —

turning dashboards into decisions.

• AI-native growth systems. Build AI-powered workflows for creative iteration, audience research, cohort analysis, and reporting —

so the team ships more experiments per week.

• Operating rhythm. Run weekly growth reviews and track the metrics that matter — CAC, contribution margin, RTO, retention —

keeping cross-team execution tight.

• Cross-functional execution. Be the connective tissue between growth, product, brand, and supply chain — translating founder

intent into shipped experiments.

• Special bets. Own high-priority, zero-to-one growth pilots end-to-end, from hypothesis to readout.

What We're Looking For

• Sharp, structured thinker. You break ambiguous growth

problems into clear frameworks; your memos make founders

feel they've already thought it through.

• AI-native operator.



You already use AI tools to do the work of a

small team — fluent in prompting, automation, and stitching

tools together.

• Numbers-fluent. Comfortable with CAC/LTV, contribution

margin, and cohort and funnel analysis; robust with data and

spreadsheets.

• Relentless executor. You move, iterate, and close loops —

even on the hard, unglamorous parts.

• Excellent communicator. In a deck, a Slack message, or a

room of people — clarity and confidence at every level.

• High ownership, low ego. You do whatever the mission needs

and take accountability seriously.

Background

• 2–4 years in a startup, growth, consulting, or

performance-marketing role.

• Hands-on with AI tools for real work — a plus if you've built

AI workflows.

• Education pedigree from Tier 1 engineering/Management institutions like IIT, NIT, etc

• Experience owning cross-functional projects

independently.

• D2C or consumer-brand exposure is a plus.

COMPENSATION

₹20–30 LPA
