Mayavé designs and makes devotional objects and sculptural wash basins. Every piece is 3D-printed, joined and finished by hand, and made to order. Our current range includes an illuminated shrine, with a speaking almanac device, a water piece and a motorised harathi in development.

We are a small studio. The work is hands-on, the feedback loop is short, and what you model on Monday can be on the print bed the same week. Mayavé is a brand of Neonflake Enterprises OPC Pvt Ltd.

The role

You will model objects in Blender and take them all the way to a finished physical part. This is not a visualisation job. Your files get printed, and the print tells you whether the model was right.

What you will do

- Model product forms in Blender — arches, domes, bases, idols and basin bodies
- Prepare models for FDM printing: wall thickness, part splitting, join geometry, tolerances, orientation and supports
- Slice, print, and iterate based on what comes off the bed
- Design internal cavities and cable routes for lighting, speakers, pumps and small motors, so none of it is visible from outside
- Work with the finishing process — joining, sanding,



painting and sealing — and model in a way that makes that work easier rather than harder
- Produce clean internal renders and turntables for design review
- Maintain an organised, versioned file library

What we are looking for

- Working proficiency in Blender: hard-surface modelling, modifiers, booleans, clean topology, UVs
- Real experience with 3D printing — you have printed your own parts, watched them fail, and know why
- Familiarity with a slicer such as Prusa Slicer, Cura, Orca or Bambu Studio
- Comfort in a workshop. Sanding, alignment and glue are part of this role
- Care with iconographic and cultural detail. Proportion and ornament are studied, not improvised
- Ability to accept direction and revise quickly

Useful, not required

- Fusion 360, Solid Works or ZBrush
- Sculpting or model-making by hand
- Resin printing or post-processing experience
- Basic electronics awareness
