Key responsibilities

- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide personalized assistance.
- Sales and Product Knowledge: Inform customers about the features, materials (like gold and diamonds), and craftsmanship of various jewelry pieces.
- Transaction Management:



Process sales accurately, including handling different payment methods and issuing receipts.
- Display Maintenance: Keep the jewelry displays organized, clean, and attractive to maximize sales opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Inventory and Stock: Assist with managing inventory, conducting stock control, and keeping displays up-to-date.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Problem Solving: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.

Required skills and qualifications

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
- Product knowledge of jewelry, including metals and gemstones.
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in the jewelry sector, is a plus.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays.
