Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding credit card services.
- Explain credit card features, perks, and special offers in a clear and effective manner.
- Convince customers to apply for credit cards tailored to their financial needs.
- Address customer queries and provide accurate, helpful information.
- Maintain detailed records of customer calls and update the CRM system with customer details.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets as set by the company.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Experience: Fresher’s are welcome.
- Education: Minimum 12th pass or equivalent.

Skills Required:

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Basic understanding of banking and financial services.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

Salary & Benefits:

- Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 (CTC)
- Incentives: Based on performance.
