Key Responsibilities

- Targeted Market Expansion: Regularly visit retail store owners, garment manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, and institutional buyers across assigned territories to pitch our premium packaging solutions.
- Lead Generation: Generate current business leads and develop strong, long-term relationships with retail decision-makers, purchase managers, and shop owners.
- Market Surveys: Conduct regular market surveys to identify emerging sales opportunities and understand competitor pricing and product trends.
- Order & Requirement Collection: Gather specific client requirements (sizes, custom printing needs, bulk volumes) and coordinate seamlessly with the internal manufacturing and dispatch teams in Ludhiana.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily visit targets and monthly business growth goals.
- Reporting & Tracking: Maintain accurate daily and weekly records of field visits, leads, inquiries, and follow-ups using reporting tools.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience Requirement: At least 3 years of proven experience in field sales, business development, or B2B marketing.




- Industry Mandate: Mandatory prior experience working in the garment, apparel, textile, hosiery, or retail packaging industry. Candidates with existing professional contacts and relationships among retail store owners and garment manufacturers will be given top priority.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Mobility: Comfortable with extensive local field travel; must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Technical Literacy: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and mobile reporting apps.
- Education: Graduate or 12th Pass with relevant B2B/field sales experience.
