Role mission To safeguard Schneider Electric s business interests by leading the review negotiation and approval of complex contractual and legal arrangements ensuring compliance with Indian law Schneider Electric Group directives and regulatory standards This role will act as a strategic legal partner to internal stakeholders and customers mitigating contractual risks while enabling business growth through commercially sound solutions This role will also require managing a legal team along with being an individual contributor The mission includes driving integrity governance and compliance across projects fostering collaboration and building legal awareness through training and process improvements Main responsibilities Expertise This role requires the lawyer to have great amount of experience in Contracts -
