Job Title Business Consultant - ERP Retail Experience 2-3 years Location Kottat Chalakudy Employment Type Full time Job Summary We require an ERP Consultant with expertise in the Retail industry to implement and support ERP solutions that improve retail operations sales POS and inventory management Key Responsibilities Analyze retail processes such as POS operations promotions stock management pricing and customer engagement Configure ERP retail modules including POS inventory sales CRM and procurement Support requirement gathering documentation testing and UAT Coordinate with technical teams for customizations and integrations Train store-level and back-office teams on system usage Provide ongoing functional support post-implementation Skills Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration Information Systems or related field 2-3 years of experience in Retail operations store management or retail ERP implementations Knowledge of POS systems stock controls promotions and retail KPIs ERP experience in NetSuite Retail Odoo Retail Shopify integrations etc is preferred Strong communication and customer-facing skills
