We are looking for a Sales Outreach Officer to support student acquisition institutional visits and on-ground engagement activities across Kerala The role involves meeting educational institutions conducting awareness sessions coordinating events and creating interest among students for academic programs Applicants are requested to share a short self-introduction video as part of the application process Key Responsibilities Visit schools colleges and local educational hubs based on scheduled plans Conduct awareness talks workshops and student engagement programs Build and maintain professional relationships with Principals HODs teachers and community partners Collect and update student and parent information accurately in the CRM Support offline promotional activities such as brochures posters and event setups Build community connections and local engagement networks Generate interest and inquiries through outreach activities and events Participate in education fairs campus events expos and public programs Identify collaboration opportunities with institutions and local organizations Share activity insights and recommendations for improving outreach results Coordinate timely follow-ups with Sales and Counseling teams Encourage walk-ins and inquiries to learning centers through field activities Maintain daily logs of visits interactions and events Prepare daily weekly and monthly activity reports Work closely with internal teams to support campaigns and field initiatives Requirements Bachelor s degree in any discipline 0-3 years of experience in sales outreach or offline BTL marketing Solid communication and presentation skills in English and Malayalam Ability to manage travel schedules events and external interactions independently Willingness to travel across Kerala and work toward activity-based goals Familiarity with CRM tools MS Excel and Google Workspace A short self-introduction video is required during the application process Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Application Question s Current Salary
