Site Supervisor Position Site Supervisor Experience Required 3-6 years Location Mirzapur Uttar Pradesh About the Role We are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Supervisor to manage and oversee construction activities at the project site in Mirzapur Uttar Pradesh The Site Supervisor will ensure that all site activities are conducted efficiently safely and in accordance with project specifications and timelines The role requires a strong background in construction site management team coordination and problem-solving Key Responsibilities Supervision and Site Management Oversee day-to-day construction operations ensuring the site is running efficiently and according to the construction plan Supervise workers and subcontractors ensuring they adhere to safety regulations and quality standards Manage and direct work crews to ensure that all tasks are completed on schedule and within budget Monitor the progress of construction ensuring timelines and deadlines are met Safety and Compliance Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements to minimize accidents and risks on site Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions where necessary Maintain compliance with environmental health and safety standards on the site Material and Equipment Management Coordinate the delivery storage and usage of construction materials and equipment to avoid delays Ensure the proper maintenance and usage of construction machinery and equipment Prepare and manage stock records of materials used ensuring that resources are available for uninterrupted work Quality Control and Reporting Monitor construction quality ensuring all work meets the project s specifications standards and client requirements Conduct inspections and quality control checks on the work completed and report any discrepancies or issues Prepare daily weekly and monthly reports for project managers and clients detailing progress challenges and solutions Team Coordination and Communication Coordinate with project managers engineers contractors and other team members to resolve site issues and streamline workflows Communicate project goals and tasks clearly to the team and ensure alignment with the overall project plan Provide on-site training and mentorship to junior staff and laborers Problem Solving Address and resolve site-related issues including delays conflicts or unforeseen obstacles that may arise Troubleshoot on-site challenges such as supply chain interruptions workforce problems or technical issues Key Requirements Experience 3-6 years of experience in construction site supervision or a similar role with a strong understanding of construction processes Technical Knowledge Familiarity with construction methods site layouts and building codes Knowledge of construction materials equipment and machinery Safety and Compliance In-depth knowledge of health safety and environmental regulations with a track record of maintaining safe work environments Leadership Skills Robust leadership abilities with experience managing teams of workers and subcontractors Problem-Solving Skills Ability to address and resolve on-site challenges in a timely and effective manner Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients subcontractors and other stakeholders Physical Stamina Ability to work in outdoor environments and on construction sites including standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks when necessary Preferred Certification in Construction Management Safety Training or related fields Familiarity with construction project management software or tools Previous experience in managing construction projects in rural or semi-urban locations Education A Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field Contact Person HR Kalpana Singh Contact Number (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 10 291 94 - 22 000 00 per month Education Secondary 10th Pass Preferred Experience SITE SUPERVISOR 5 years Preferred Work Location In person
