We are looking for a Referral Marketing Executive who will actively drive patient acquisition for The Life Plus Hospital The candidate will be responsible for visiting nearby clinics Ladies PG Beauty parlour doctors hospitals and general practitioners Surrounding 10 KM of Life plus Hospital to build referral relationships and ensure a consistent flow of current patients to our hospital Key Responsibilities Generate daily patient referrals through strong networking with Ladies PG Beauty Parlour clinics doctors and healthcare providers diagnostic centers and general practitioners Build long-term partnerships with them to increase patient inflow Promote hospital services specialties and facilities effectively to external healthcare professionals Organize regular visits distribute marketing material and track lead conversions Conduct outreach activities such as health camps awareness programs and tie-ups with local clinics Maintain detailed records of daily visits patient leads and referrals Achieve monthly patient acquisition targets set by the hospital management Report progress and performance regularly to the Hospital Manager MD Requirements Good to have Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or Healthcare Management preferred and experience candidate also can come for walking interview 1-3 years of experience in healthcare marketing field sales or medical representative roles Proven ability to generate patient leads and achieve daily weekly targets Strong communication persuasion and networking skills Must be fluent in Kannada English and Hindi Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore Self-driven target-oriented and passionate about healthcare growth Benefits Growth opportunities in hospital marketing and business development Chance to work with a reputed women s healthcare hospital in Bangalore Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 20 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
