About the Role Bioteck is hiring an energetic and result-driven Sales Executive to promote and expand sales for its compostable packaging products under the Biometa brand This is a field sales role involving client visits lead generation and closing sales across multiple sectors Key Responsibilities Visit industrial areas retail outlets and potential clients to promote compostable packaging solutions Identify and onboard current clients from retail FMCG hospitality agriculture and municipal sectors Present samples explain product features pricing and close sales Maintain strong client relationships with regular follow-ups Coordinate with production logistics for timely order execution Record sales visits leads and client feedback in CRM Excel Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets share reports with management Requirements Bachelor s degree BBA MBA preferred 1-3 years of field sales experience FMCG packaging or industrial sales preferred Strong communication negotiation skills Proactive confident and target-driven approach Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
