Role Introduction We are seeking a skilled and independent Marketo Marketing Automation Specialist Freelance to support our demand generation and lead nurturing efforts This role requires hands-on experience with Adobe Marketo Engage a deep understanding of marketing funnels and the ability to build manage and optimize campaigns with minimal supervision Ideal for someone familiar with B2B tech or agency environments Job Responsibilities Build and execute automated marketing programs in Marketo including email campaigns nurture flows scoring models and triggered actions Create and manage smart lists segments landing pages forms and tokens Work with internal teams to set up campaign tracking UTM parameters and lead routing Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting with insights and recommendations Ensure synchronization and data hygiene between Marketo and CRM platforms e g Salesforce Troubleshoot any issues in campaign execution or lead flow Collaborate with content design and sales teams to align marketing goals with automation strategy Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Analyst Communications or any related field 3 years hands-on experience with Adobe Marketo Engage Strong understanding of marketing automation lead lifecycle management and funnel metrics Proficient in setting up programs email templates A B testing and campaign reporting Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and a basic understanding of data sync logic Detail-oriented analytical and responsive to deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication in English Working Arrangement Freelance Remote Estimated workload 5-10 hours week can vary based on project needs Time zone alignment Preferably able to collaborate within APAC business hours Nice to Have Marketo Certified Expert MCE or other relevant certifications Experience in B2B marketing or working with digital marketing agencies Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics Bizible or Salesforce Pardot Job Type Part time Pay 550 00 - 600 00 per hour Expected hours 5 - 10 per week Application Question s Please state that you are an individual freelancer who understands the requirements and don t have any conflict of interest with this project Please drop your hourly compensation rate to Rs Can you start immediately Education Bachelor s Required Experience Adobe Marketo Engage 3 years Required Marketo Marketing Automation 3 years Required
