Job Title Ayurvedic BHMS Doctor - Clinical Assistant Location Esha IVF Clinic Hyderabad Type Full-time Experience 0-3 years Freshers with good communication skills are welcome About the Role We are seeking dynamic and compassionate Ayurvedic BAMS or BHMS doctors to join our multidisciplinary fertility team at Esha IVF Clinic The selected candidates will work closely with the fertility specialists and play a vital role in patient care coordination and communication Key Responsibilities Patient History Taking Collect detailed medical fertility lifestyle and emotional history from patients Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Assisting in Clinical Procedures Support doctors during IUI embryo transfers follicular scans and other fertility procedures Help with procedure preparation and post-procedure care Consent and Documentation Educate patients and couples about procedures and obtain informed consents Ensure all consent forms and legal documentation are complete and correctly filed Financial Counseling Explain treatment packages and costs in a clear and empathetic manner Guide patients in planning payment schedules and resolving financial queries Follow-up Coordination Make regular follow-up calls to patients post-procedures Monitor emotional well-being and address concerns or direct them to the counseling team Daily Duty Rounds Visit and interact with inpatients if any and provide regular updates to the lead doctor Ensure continuity of care and address patient needs Patient Relationship Management Build robust rapport with patients to ensure comfort trust and satisfaction Support the clinic in delivering a compassionate personalized care experience Desired Candidate Profile Education BAMS BHMS Registered with respective state councils Skills Strong communication skills in English Telugu and Hindi preferred Smart empathetic and presentable Ability to multitask and handle emotional patients delicately Basic understanding of fertility treatment or willingness to learn Perks Benefits Exposure to advanced IVF practices and emotional counseling Learning opportunities with a multidisciplinary team Supportive work environment Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
