Position Collection Executive Accounts Receivable Executive Payment Recovery Executive Experience 1- 3 Years Female candidates preferred Industry Logistics Supply Chain Transportation Location Coimbatore Civil Aero Post Thottipalayam Pirivu Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and proactive Collection Executive to manage receivables and ensure timely collection of payments from customers The role involves coordinating with clients internal teams and finance to reduce outstanding dues and maintain healthy cash flow for the organization Key Responsibilities Follow up with customers for timely payment of outstanding invoices via calls emails and visits Maintain accurate records of collections outstanding balances and payment commitments Coordinate with the finance and operations teams to resolve billing disputes and discrepancies Prepare daily weekly collection status reports and aging analysis Ensure compliance with company credit policies and payment terms Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to facilitate smooth collections Escalate long-pending or critical cases to management when required Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to receivables Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Commerce Business Administration or a related field preferred 1-3 years of experience in collections accounts receivable or finance preferably in a logistics or transportation company Good communication and negotiation skills Hindi speaking ability is an added advantage Basic knowledge of invoicing GST and accounting concepts Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP Tally accounting systems Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail Preferred Skills Nice to Have Experience handling B2B customers Familiarity with logistics documentation such as POD LR and freight invoices Ability to handle high-volume accounts and pressure situations professionally Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 9 405 46 - 20 000 00 per month Advantages Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Internet reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person
