We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving targets and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations The Sales Coordinator will act as a bridge between customers sales representatives and internal departments ensuring timely communication documentation and follow-up on sales activities Key Responsibilities Process sales orders quotations and invoices accurately and in a timely manner Maintain and update customer databases sales records and reports Prepare and distribute sales reports presentations and documents as required Liaise with other departments logistics finance marketing to ensure smooth execution of orders Track and follow up on leads prospects and pending orders Support sales team with administrative tasks and documentation Monitor stock levels and product availability in coordination with the inventory team Ensure prompt communication between the sales team and clients Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field Proven experience in a sales coordination administrative or support role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word Excel PowerPoint and CRM software Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Ability to work well in a fast-paced team-oriented environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in a B2B or B2C sales environment Knowledge of inventory or order management systems Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles What We Offer A dynamic and collaborative work environment Opportunities for growth and career development Competitive salary and benefits package Job Types Full time Fresher Pay From 12 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Thrissur Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
