Key Responsibilities - Assistant Manager Operations - Male Candidates only Industry Facility Management Company BVG India Ltd Location As per project requirement Position Summary The Assistant Manager - Operations will support the Operations Manager in managing end-to-end facility management services ensuring smooth site operations manpower management client satisfaction and compliance with statutory and company standards Key Responsibilities Assist in managing day-to-day facility operations across assigned sites Ensure service delivers as per SLA and client requirements Supervise housekeeping security technical and support staff Handle manpower planning deployment attendance and discipline Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for smooth operations Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality standards Ensure compliance with statutory safety and labour regulations Support in client meetings reporting and issue resolution Prepare and submit daily weekly and monthly MIS reports Assist in cost control material management and budgeting Address employee grievances and ensure workforce engagement Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of Facility Management operations Manpower handling site coordination Client relationship management Positive communication leadership skills Basic knowledge of labour laws compliance Problem-solving decision-making abilities Proficiency in MS Office MIS reporting Qualification Graduate Diploma in Facilities Management Engineering Hotel Management or related field MBA PG Diploma in Operations preferred Experience 05-8 years of experience in Facility Management Integrated FM services Experience in handling large manpower strength is an advantage Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
