Job Title Senior Business Analyst Retail IT POS Supply Chain Experience 8 years Location Coimbatore Key Responsibilities Partner with cross-functional teams Retail Ops IT Supply Chain Finance to elicit analyze and document business requirements Lead end-to-end business analysis for POS upgrades integrations and omnichannel retail initiatives Map and optimize supply chain workflows including inventory order management logistics and vendor coordination Translate business needs into functional specifications user stories and acceptance criteria Collaborate with solution architects developers and QA teams to ensure alignment and delivery Conduct gap analysis root cause investigations and impact assessments for system changes Support UAT planning execution and stakeholder sign-off Monitor KPIs and recommend enhancements to improve system performance and business outcomes
