Department Finance Accounts Reporting To CEO Director Location Delhi- Vikaspuri Industry E-commerce Distribution Online Retail FMCG Distribution Job Purpose The Head - Accounts Finance will be responsible for leading the entire finance function of the organization ensuring strong financial control statutory compliance accurate reporting cash flow management and strategic financial planning to support rapid growth in the e-commerce distribution business Key Responsibilities 1 Financial Management Control Oversee end-to-end accounting finalization of books and preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Ensure accuracy in P L Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements Establish and monitor internal financial controls and SOPs Manage working capital fund flow and cash flow planning 2 Statutory Compliance Taxation Ensure timely compliance with GST TDS Income Tax PF ESIC Professional Tax and other statutory requirements Handle GST filings including GSTR-1 GSTR-3B reconciliation with 2B and audits Coordinate with auditors tax consultants and regulatory authorities Lead statutory audit internal audit and tax audit processes 3 E-commerce Channel Accounting Manage accounting for e-commerce platforms Amazon Flipkart Blinkit Zepto etc Reconcile sales settlements commissions ads spend returns chargebacks and deductions Monitor marketplace receivables and resolve discrepancies with portals Track channel-wise profitability and margins 4 Budgeting Forecasting MIS Prepare annual budgets rolling forecasts and variance analysis Provide MIS reports to management with actionable insights Analyze costs margins SKU-wise and brand-wise profitability Support management in strategic financial decision-making 5 Team Leadership Process Improvement Lead and mentor the accounts and finance team Allocate work review output and ensure team productivity Drive automation and system improvements ERP accounting tools Coordinate with operations sales HR and warehouse teams 6 Vendor Banking Stakeholder Management Oversee vendor payments ageing analysis and negotiations Manage banking relationships limits and documentation Support fund raising audits and due diligence if required Qualifications Experience CA MBA Finance required 7-9 years of experience in Accounts Finance Minimum 3-5 years in e-commerce distribution FMCG retail Robust exposure to GST audits and marketplace accounting Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 60 000 00 - 75 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
