We are looking for a Legal Executive with hands-on experience in real estate documentation and property registration The candidate will be responsible for drafting vetting and managing legal documents related to real estate transactions while ensuring compliance with applicable laws Key Responsibilities Drafting reviewing and vetting real estate legal documents including Sale Deeds Agreement to Sell Lease Deeds Leave License Agreements MOUs Development Agreements and Power of Attorney Handling end-to-end property registration work including coordination with Sub-Registrar Offices Conducting title searches legal due diligence and verification of property documents Ensuring timely execution and registration of agreements Liaising with external advocates consultants government authorities and internal teams Maintaining proper documentation and legal records of all property-related transactions Monitoring compliance with RERA Stamp Duty Registration Act and other applicable laws Assisting in resolving legal issues notices and disputes related to property matters Supporting the management in legal opinions and risk assessment for new projects Keeping track of changes in real estate laws and regulations Key Skills Competencies Strong drafting and documentation skills Sound knowledge of real estate laws and property registration procedures Experience in dealing with government offices and legal authorities Positive analytical communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects Qualifications LLB from a recognized university preferred Preferred Candidate Profile Prior experience in real estate construction or developer firms Knowledge of Maharashtra property laws will be an added advantage Location Deccan Pune Immediate joiner required Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
