About this role Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Securities Research Specialist The role involves working closely with the US and EMEA deal teams on M A deal executions pitchbooks valuations peer analysis opportunity analysis and other industry-related materials with significant opportunities to learn develop and work as an integral member of the business In this role you will Serve as an individual contributor role in the Global Research and Economics Group supporting Wells Fargo Securities Be responsible independently or as part of a team for research direction of industries markets and companies Provide research coverage with a wide knowledge of the business marketplace and clients Engage business to provide exceptional service to clients Collaborate and consult with peers colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Work on various work streams that form key components of M A Buy or Sell side deals pitching and execution Develop M A ideas -
