We are looking for a skilled Sheet Metal Mechanical Designer Laser Cutting Nesting Operator to join our engineering and production team The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and preparing sheet metal components using CAD software and performing Laser cutting nesting operations for laser cutting punching and bending processes The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of sheet metal fabrication material optimization and manufacturing processes Key Responsibilities Design and develop sheet metal parts assemblies and fabrication drawings using SolidWorks AutoCAD Create flat patterns DXF files and BOMs for manufacturing Perform nesting operations using software such as CypNest or similar ensuring optimal material utilization Prepare and verify programs for laser cutting bending or plasma cutting machines Work closely with the production team to ensure manufacturability and accuracy of parts Maintain revision control and ensure drawings comply with quality and customer standards Troubleshoot and optimize cutting parameters to improve productivity and minimize waste Coordinate with the design and fabrication teams for project planning and execution Ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures in all tasks Required Skills Qualifications Diploma B Tech B E in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sheet metal design and Laser nesting operations Proficiency in SolidWorks AutoCAD and nesting software Cypnest Solid understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes such as laser cutting bending welding and assembly Ability to interpret engineering drawings GD T and fabrication standards Good problem-solving analytical and communication skills Strong understanding of machines automation technologies and industrial processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Job Type Full-time Schedule Day shift 9am-6pm Education Bachelor s Engineer Preferred Language English Hindi Preferred Location Ecotech III Greater Noida UP Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
