Job Title PEB Sales Executive Sales Manager Location Pune Mumbai Department Sales Marketing Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive Manager to promote and sell Pre-Engineered Building PEB solutions The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge client relationship skills and a proven sales record in the construction infrastructure or engineering sectors Key Responsibilities Generate leads and build a strong pipeline for PEB projects Understand client requirements prepare technical and commercial proposals Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to final negotiation and contract closure Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure solution feasibility and accuracy Develop and maintain relationships with contractors consultants architects and end clients Meet monthly quarterly and annual sales targets Conduct market research and competitor analysis Represent the company at trade shows industry events and client meetings Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Civil Mechanical Engineering Business or related field Experience in industrial sales preferably in PEB or steel structures Strong understanding of technical drawings and engineering concepts Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills Proficiency in CRM and MS Office tools Willingness to travel extensively Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Mumbai Maharashtra Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Education Bachelor s Preferred Language English Required Work Location In person
