Working Model: Primarily office-based with occasional travel to other company locations The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Workday HCM Consultant to join a growing Workday practice within an established global consulting organisation.

This is a growth-focused position within a rapidly expanding Workday team, supporting enterprise clients across Application Management Services (AMS), post-go-live support, system enhancements and ongoing optimisation projects. You'll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to enhance and support live Workday environments rather than delivering full lifecycle implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide ongoing Workday AMS and production support.
- Configure, troubleshoot and enhance Workday HCM solutions.
- Support business process configuration, testing and issue resolution.
- Develop, maintain and optimise Workday reports.
- Build and troubleshoot complex Calculated Fields.
- Support inbound and outbound EIB processes.
- Troubleshoot existing EIB integrations and data loads.
- Assist with data migration activities.
- Gather business requirements and recommend Workday solutions.
- Support continuous improvement and optimisation of the Workday platform.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Requirements





- 2–6+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience.
- Strong experience across Core HCM and at least one additional Workday module such as:
- Recruiting
- Absence Management
- Time Tracking
- Advanced Compensation
- Proven experience supporting live Workday environments within an AMS or post-production support model.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Business Process configuration.
- Advanced reporting experience, including: Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, Composite Reports, Blended Reports.
- Strong expertise in creating complex Calculated Fields.
- Hands-on experience with inbound and outbound EIBs.
- Experience troubleshooting data loads and integrations.
- Positive understanding of Workday business objects and data structures.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Relevant Workday Pro Certification(s).

Desirable Experience

- Experience supporting Workday system enhancements.
- Data migration experience.
- Exposure to multiple Workday HCM modules.
- Experience working within consulting or managed services environments.
