Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with leading agrochemical vendors and suppliers.

Source quality products at competitive prices while ensuring timely procurement.

Negotiate purchase prices, payment terms, and commercial agreements.

Finalize selling prices in coordination with management and business objectives.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable backup vendors to ensure uninterrupted supply.

Monitor market trends, product availability, and pricing movements.

Collaborate with Sales, Finance,



and Operations teams for effective purchase planning.

Ensure complete documentation and compliance with procurement policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Agrochemical Trading (Purchase).

Strong vendor network within the agrochemical industry.

Excellent negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.

Sound knowledge of procurement processes and inventory planning.

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Odoo will be an added advantage.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
