Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Comfortable speaking confidently with international clients over phone calls.

Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

Prior experience in International Calling, Telesales, Inside Sales, Customer Support, BPO, Voice Process,



or Business Development is preferred.
