Job Summary

We are looking for a Website Management and IT person to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our website, web applications, and related systems, and other IT related assets. Your primary focus will be on ensuring optimal website performance, keeping content accurate and up to date, and delivering a seamless user experience.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and client IT departments to align the website with organizational goals and technical requirements. This includes content management, implementing SEO best practices, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to feature development.

The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of web technologies (particularly WordPress), SEO, content strategy, and web analytics. You will be expected to analyze website data, recommend and implement improvements, and maintain proper documentation. Attention to detail, a problem-solving mindset, and strong coordination skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Website Content Management

- Update and maintain website content, including text, images, product listings, and other media.

- Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with the company's brand and messaging.

- Coordinate with the marketing team to update blogs, articles, and news updates on the website.

Site Monitoring Maintenance

- Regularly monitor website performance, ensuring there are no technical issues like broken links or slow loading times.





- Troubleshoot and resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate teams.

- Ensure that the website is consistently live and operational.

SEO and Performance Optimization

- Implement on-page, off-page SEO practices to improve visibility and ranking in search engines.

- Optimize the website for speed, usability, and mobile responsiveness.

- Use analytics tools like Google Analytics to track website performance, providing insights for improvement.

User Experience (UX)

- Analyze user behavior and collaborate with the design team to enhance website navigation, functionality, and aesthetics.

- Ensure the website delivers a seamless and engaging experience for users across all devices.

Collaboration Coordination

- Work with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure timely updates and improvements to the site.

- Coordinate with the marketing team for special promotions, landing pages, and campaign tracking.

- Assist in implementing new features, product updates, and changes to the website.

Analytics Reporting

- Assist in generating and analyzing reports on website traffic, performance, and conversion rates.

- Provide actionable insights based on analytics to improve user engagement and overall site performance.





Security and Compliance

- Monitor the security of the website, ensuring it follows best practices and is protected against vulnerabilities.

- Help ensure that the website complies with industry-specific regulations and data protection policies.

Qualifications

- Good understanding and knowledge of technology, AI, Integrations, different plugins, software so that the resource could sit in IT and website related board meetings and recommendation meetings.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

- Experience: Up to 3+ years of experience in website management (preferred).

Technical Skills

- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, etc.).

- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development principles.

- Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).

- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.

- Good understanding of Microsoft Office and related tools.

- Solid written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

- Proactive problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Detail-oriented and able to ensure accuracy in website content.
