We're hiring enthusiastic Freshers & Experienced Candidates for an International Customer Support process at Sutherland.
Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
Job Role:
- Handle customer queries via voice support.
- Interact with international customers.
- 1 month of paid training provided.
Shift Details:
- 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Offs
- Any 9-hour shift between 9:00 AM 9:00 PM
Salary & Perks:
- Freshers: 18,000/month
- Monthly Incentives: Up to 2,750
- Travel Allowance:
- 1,750 (One Way)
- 3,500 (Two Way)
Eligibility:
- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Graduate/Undergraduate (as per process eligibility).
- Willing to work from office.
