Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed within the stipulated timelines.
- Supervise RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, finishing, and external development works.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained in accordance with project specifications and relevant IS Codes.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPRs).
- Verify reinforcement, shuttering, and concrete works before execution.
- Coordinate material requirements and monitor material consumption to minimize wastage.
- Assist in quantity measurements, billing, and preparation of work records.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company HSE policies.
- Resolve day-to-day technical issues at the site and report major concerns to the Project Manager.
- Maintain site documentation, including inspection records, material registers, cube test reports,



and work progress reports.
- Coordinate with surveyors, supervisors, and labour teams to achieve project milestones.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the project site.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 25 years of experience in residential, commercial, or industrial building construction.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, RCC works, finishing works, and site execution practices.
- Basic knowledge of IS Codes, QA/QC procedures, and construction safety practices.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word, and other basic computer applications.
- Experience in quantity verification, material reconciliation, and contractor coordination will be an added advantage.
- Robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site activities independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites as required.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
