My Portfolio Manager (MyPM) is on a mission to change how millions of candidates look for a job. Everyone today knows the entire recruitment life cycle is broken and MyPM works as a bridge to fill that gap with an excellent job search experience.

We are building India's first Job search outsourcing platform that will help candidates find the right set of opportunities without even worrying about applying for jobs.

MyPM is currently looking out for a rockstar Portfolio Manager who understands the career consulting industry & also has a fair understanding of how Recruitments happen.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinating with the Operations managers to understand the candidate's profiles.
- Updating the candidate's profiles on various job portals.
- Being the first point of contact for candidates




- Helping them with giving them Career directions
- Helping them with interview preparations
- Aiding the operations teams in their day to day activities.
- Reporting to the Operations Manager with regards to timely updates.

Requirements:

- Must have at least 2 years of experience in Recruitment or HR or related field.
- Understanding of the recruitment industry, placements, etc.
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal as this is a client facing role
- Hustler and comes up with a startup mentality
- Must be ready to get the hand dirty
