Job Role

As a Field Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for visiting ongoing construction sites, residential projects, commercial buildings, apartments, villas, and gated communities to generate qualified leads for our interior design services. Your primary responsibility is to identify potential customers, introduce our company, build relationships, and convert prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit ongoing residential and commercial construction sites daily.
- Meet homeowners, builders, architects, contractors, and site engineers.
- Introduce ASR HOMES LLP's interior design and turnkey execution services.
- Generate high-quality leads and schedule meetings for the design team.
- Build long-term relationships with builders, developers, and construction professionals.
- Maintain daily records of site visits, leads generated, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales and design teams for client meetings and project discussions.
- Attend property exhibitions, builder events, and networking opportunities when required.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

Requirements





- Graduate or Intermediate (Degree preferred).
- 13 years of experience in field marketing, sales, real estate, interiors, construction, or building materials.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and willingness to travel may also apply.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident personality with a professional appearance.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Familiarity with Hyderabad's residential and commercial areas is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet field targets.
