Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries related to health insurance policies.

- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers' issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases that require escalation.

- Meet performance targets for quality, productivity, and sales metrics.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-2 years of experience in BPO voice process or international voice processing (US healthcare).

- Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).

- Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts.

- Robust problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
