Job Responsibilities:

- Contact customers and explain insurance products over phone.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plans.
- Generate sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with interested customers until policy issuance.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM.

Eligibility:

- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Sales experience in Insurance/BPO/Tele Sales is preferred.
- Marathi Mandatory

Salary & Advantages:

- Freshers: 18,000 In-Hand Experienced: Up to 30,000 In-Hand
