Role & responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and coordinate medical camps, cancer screening camps, health check-up camps, and awareness programs.

- Identify and establish partnerships with corporates, NGOs, schools, colleges, industries, residential communities, and other organizations for conducting health camps.

- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, technicians, and other hospital departments to ensure the smooth execution of outreach activities.

- Conduct community outreach and mobilize participants for health camps and awareness initiatives.

- Provide counselling and guidance to patients regarding hospital services, treatment options, and follow-up care.

- Coordinate patient registration, referrals, appointments, and post-camp follow-up activities.

- Prepare camp schedules, logistics plans, and ensure the availability of required medical equipment and supplies.

- Maintain records of camp participants, screening outcomes, referrals, and outreach activities.

- Prepare MIS reports, camp performance reports, and monthly activity summaries.





- Coordinate with CSR partners, donors, and external agencies to support community health initiatives.

- Promote hospital healthcare services and preventive health awareness within the community.

- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, ethical standards, and applicable healthcare regulations during all outreach activities.

- Organize health education sessions and awareness campaigns on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle practices.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, local authorities, and partner organizations.

- Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting manager in support of community outreach and patient welfare.

- Qualification - MSW

- Experience - 2 to 5 years in any industry
