Role

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and provide quick, accurate support. Be the voice that solves problems and keeps customers happy

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls and resolve queries
- Provide product/service information with clarity
- Escalate complex issues to seniors on time

Requirements

- Experience: Freshers & Experienced both welcome
- Education: 12th pass / Graduate
- Communication: Good English + Hindi. Kannada is a plus
- Skills: Customer handling, problem-solving, basic computer knowledge

Salary & Perks
- Freshers: Up to 20,000 in-hand/month*
- Experienced: Up to 30,000 in-hand/month*
- Shift: Night Shift only
- Working: 5 Days Working | 2 Days Off
