Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Review prescriptions, perform medication reconciliation, and ensure safe, effective, and rational use of medicines for inpatients and outpatients.
- Provide clinical pharmacy support by identifying medication-related issues, adverse drug reactions, and recommending appropriate interventions to the healthcare team.
- Participate in antimicrobial stewardship, formulary management, clinical audits, and ensure compliance with NABH standards and hospital policies.
- Educate patients and healthcare professionals on medication safety, drug interactions, and evidence-based pharmacy practices.
- Collaborate with consultants and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- Qualification: Pharm D.
- Experience: Freshers and candidates with 1+ years of experience can apply.
- Knowledge of clinical pharmacy, pharmacotherapy, medication safety, and NABH standards.
- Valuable communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
